Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-098-ID, all attempts for containment is impossible.
Access area Foundation staff stationed in Pancakarta1 is required to:
- Do not drive alone in a car between 17:30 and 20:30.
- Provided a brief explanation regarding SCP-098-ID and Handling Instructions Sheet (See Addendum 098-ID-A).
- Have a recording device in each car to record the situation if entering the SCP-098-ID dimension.
Research regarding SCP-098-ID and preventive measures towards the anomaly is ongoing.

Description: SCP-098-ID is a spacial translocation phenomenon that influences active automobile drivers in a time window at 18:00 until 20:00. SCP-098-ID is often found in the city of Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Purwakarta, and Surakarta, and shows it's nature in areas frequently passed by motorized vehicles, such as toll roads, normal roads, and small roads.
The conditions that need to be met before activating SCP-098-ID are as follows:
- Time is between 18:00 and 20:00.
- Driver is a staff from the Foundation or has knowledge about the Foundation and the world behind the veil of normality.
- Driver is alone.
The presence of SCP-098-ID is marked with the movement of the driver alongside the vehicle into a simulated location (SCP-098-ID-1) that is very similar to the prior location. Movement into SCP-098-ID-1 happens without interruption, that it is difficult to realize.2
When a driver has entered SCP-098-ID-1, the driver will feel very tired and meet a traffic jam where vehicles are observed to only move every 10 to 20 minutes. Other cars that is located in SCP-098-ID-1 is observed to be unmanned, except in certain cases.
A driver can only exit out of SCP-098-ID as time passes, where the fastest case occurs for 1 hour, and the longest case that has been recorded occurs for █ hours. Addendum 098-ID-A has been summarized by Department of Nexology with the help of the Department of Extradimensional Matters through testimonies that has been given by Foundation staff that have experienced the effects of SCP-098-ID.
Approximately 17 cases has been documented that ends with the successful attempt made by drivers exiting out of SCP-098-ID's anomalous effect and this number keeps going up. Documented successful attempts in a year increased in the years 2019-2020, where the number goes up from 11 to 16 drivers. In the same time period, number of incidents regarding SCP-098-ID increased 42 times, from 85 into 127 incidents.

The radio station that you are hearing will turn into loud noise that cannot be understood. Do not react negatively towards this. If you are in favorable conditions, be positive and happy with the "song" that is played. Do not turn off the radio until the "song" stops and ads start.

I'm going to be honest here. Yes, there is a probability that I'm wrong and everything that I said is ridiculous. There is a chance that SCP-098-ID is an evil entity that originated from another dimension, or a Θ’ dimension entity that wants to eat our minds.
… But at this point, when my thoughts are shrouded with rain drops. I feel nostalgic. I miss those simple times. But I know I can't stay here.
