Subprojects Classification
Proto-Unit: Units in this class are prototypes which have been used or actually used for final models development. These units are destroyed or stored when they become obsolete and/or when they are no longer useful for the advancement of the Subproject.
Robotic Combat Unit: Units in this class are most often equipped with a set of heavy and/or light weapons and are responsible to provide tactical and logistical support to Mobile Task Forces (MTFs) during neutralization operations of abnormal entities or combats against members of hostile Groups of Interest (GoIs). This type of units can also be used to facilitate the containment of particularly dangerous entities.
Robotic Containment Unit: Units in this class are most often used to facilitate or permit abnormal entities and objects containment by various means. Some of these units are used for the internal and external protection of the Foundation facilities by controlling their containment and defense systems.
Robotic Defense Unit: Units in this class are equipped with heavy weapons and are only used as external defense system for the most sensitive or important Foundation facilities when these are attacked by members of any Group of Interest (GoI).
Robotic Support Unit: Units in this class are used to provide technical and logistical support to research, containment, scientific or medical personnel of the Foundation.

Description: Dragon-Class Robotic Combat Unit is made up of one rotary turret mounted on a tracked platform. The frame of every unit measures 55cmx50cmx90cm (without their equipment). Every unit is covered with a steel shielding five (5) centimetres thick. The frame of this model is made of duralumin. The total mass of one unit (frame and equipment) is ninety-five (95) kilograms and the top speed of this model is 8.6 kilometres per hour. This model has up to ten (10) hours of battery life. Note that the battery pack may be replaced by a power cable when necessary.
Two (2) standard tanks containing a mixture of flammable gasoline and nitrogen are located at the rear of the unit. These tanks are connected to two (2) flame-throwing tubes eighty (80) centimetres length. One (1) modified M16 Assault Rifle is located between the two flame throwing tubes twenty (20) centimetres above them. The ammunition reserve is located between the two tanks and may contain up to twelve thousand (12,000) .233 Remington type ammunition.
A set of cameras and thermal and infrared sensors is located above the weapons and serves like an "eye". A lithium-vanadium battery pack and the unit’s "brain" are located behind the "eye". Furthermore, every unit has one (1) 1.50 metre antenna for communication and exchange of orders between the unit and the human operator. Every unit is also equipped with a liquid nitrogen cooling system for cooling their flame throwing tubes as well as their various electrical and electronic systems.
Note: From 06/07/2015 to 10/07/2015, all produced Dragon-Class Robotic Combat Units underwent an improvement in their mechanical and electrical systems passing from Mark I to Mark II version. - Dr. Falardeau

Description: Mygale-Class Proto-Unit is a robot which having the general look of a Mygalomorphae, but possesses three (3) pairs of legs instead of four as real spiders. Every unit is 3.66 metres long and 2.44 metres tall. The unit’s "abdomen" is tilted upwards and contains communication devices as well as ammunition reserves. The frame of this model is made of duralumin. Every unit is covered with a PT-SP-P2-Aliguq type composite shielding reinforced with depleted uranium mesh. This shielding is designed to withstand to a powered airdrop from a height of about three thousand (3,000) metres from a Lockheed C-130 Hercules specially modified for this task. The total mass of one unit (frame and equipment) is three (3) tons and the top speed of this model is twenty (20) kilometres per hour. Four (4) lithium-vanadium battery packs provide approximately forty-eight (48) hours of battery life to this model.
The armament of every unit is composed of two (2) retractable modified GAU-12 Equalizer placed under the unit’s "head", two (2) modified GAU-19/A placed above the unit’s "head", three (3) batteries of six (6) ground-to-ground rocket launch tubes located between the two GAU-19/A and one (1) turret with two (2) 50mm cannons.
The ammunition reserves of this model may contain up to three hundred thousand (300,000) special 25x137mm caliber depleted uranium ammunition, two hundred thousand (200,000) .50 BMG type ammunition and one hundred and twenty-six (126) thermobaric rockets.
The "head" is located at the front of the unit and it is composed of a mobile rotating globe equipped with several sets of cameras and thermal and infrared sensors which serve as "eyes". The "head" also contains the unit’s "brain". Two (2) 1.50 metre antennas are attached to the "abdomen" of every unit. These antennas serve for communication and exchange of orders between the unit and the human operator. Every unit is equipped with a liquid nitrogen cooling system for cooling their armament as well as their electrical and electronic systems.
Note: If everything goes well and the field tests prove to be successful, it won’t be necessary to develop any other prototypes and Subproject Behemoth will be able to proceed to final development phase in few months. - Dr. Falardeau

Following disaster caused by the Incident PT-SP-04-A, we decided to suspend Subproject Emperor for an indefinite period. Please note that access to the Unit PT-SP-04-P3 is strictly forbidden until further notice. Any violation of one of these two decisions without the agreement of this council will be seriously penalized.
Furthermore, [REDACTED] proved to be much more energetics and unstable than we thought. Project ████████ as well as Project ██████ have therefore also been suspended until further notice from us. However, tests carried out on and with [REDACTED] can be continued with appropriate authorizations.
We do not want, and you too, a repetition of what happened with the Subproject Tupilak.

Description: The basic form of the Agloolik-Class Robotic Containment Unit looks like a huge computer server made up of a hundred billion nanomachines that are semi-independent of each other (designated Robotic Units PT-SP-05-NANO). Those allow to the unit to adapt its form as needed. This model of Robotic Containment Units cannot move and is connected to various computer and defense systems of the facility where it is installed by a variable number of arms and cables. Note that this one does not have means of locomotion, but it can move slightly by the movements of its nanomachines. The basic form of this model measures 5mx7mx10m (without its arms and cables) and weighs a total of five hundred and fifty (550) kilograms. Robotic Units PT-SP-05-NANO in this model are made of duralumin and several nanomaterials specifically developed for the Subproject Agloolik. Note that the Robotic Units PT-SP-05-NANO cannot move away more than twenty-five (25) metres from the unit’s core to which they are attached by an electromagnetic field.
The core in the center of this model acts as "brain" and power source to the unit. It emits a continuous electromagnetic field allowing the cohesion of Robotic Units PT-SP-05-NANO. The electrical supply of those is provided by means of a wireless electrical energy transmission permitted by the Abnormal Component PT-SP-AN902 which generates electrical energy perpetually. The electromagnetic field is produced by the Abnormal Component PT-SP-AN901. A set of three (3) radio wave nanoemitters enable communication and exchange of orders between the unit and the human operator. The core contains a total of twenty (20) different Abnormal Components (the access to the list of Abnormal Components and their effects requires a special authorization from the Main Project Leader and from the Supervisor).
In addition to managing the security and defense systems and databases of the facility where the unit is installed, the Agloolik-Class Robotic Containment Unit emits an exotic particle field (designated by the term "Agloolik Field") of variable size (maximum fifty (50) kilometres in diameter) to create a "dimensional bubble" by spatiotemporal distortion around the area inside the Agloolik Field. This capability makes it possible to camouflage and isolate the whole facility on which the unit operates. The protected area can no longer be perceived from the outside of the "dimensional bubble" although it is always possible for people inside to perceive and interact with what is outside the Agloolik Field. The only way to enter in the "dimensional bubble" from outside is to receive a special authorization from the authorized security personnel and to carry a specific transmitter. The Agloolik Field is produced by several Abnormal Components, the mains of which are the Abnormal Components PT-SP-AN001, PT-SP-AN057 and PT-SP-AN169.
Note that programming of this model allows it to make complex rational and logical decisions in an almost autonomous way (the unit remains under the human operator’s control).
Note: A cooperative project with the Artificial Intelligence Applications Division (AIAD) to allow better exploitation of Agloolik-Class Robotic Containment Unit’s capabilities is currently being studied. - Dr. Falardeau

Description: Issitoq-Class Robotic Defense Unit is a stationary cylindrical turret measuring five (5) metres in height and 2.50 metres in diameter. Every unit consists of five (5) rotating sections each measuring one (1) meter tall. Every unit is covered with a steel shielding ten (10) centimetres thick reinforced with depleted uranium mesh. The frame of this model is made of duralumin. The total mass (frame and equipment) of one unit is eight hundred and fifty-two (852) kilograms. The electrical, electronic and arming systems are cooled by a liquid nitrogen cooling system.
The upper section contains the unit’s "brain" along with four (4) sets of cameras and thermal and infrared sensors serving like "eyes" to the unit. They are placed so as to provide a field of view of three hundred and sixty (360) degrees to the unit.
Six (6) ground-to-air rocket launchers and two (2) modified M134 Minigun are attached to the second section and serve as anti-aircraft weapons.
Six (6) ground-to-ground rocket launchers and two (2) modified LWMMG .338 machine guns are attached to the third section and serve as anti-tank weapons.
Four (4) modified H&K MP5 submachine guns and two (2) XRGL40 MGL grenade launchers are attached to the fourth section and serve as anti-personnel weapons.
Four (4) modified H&K MP5 submachine guns are attached to the fifth section and serve as anti-personnel weapons.
The units are powered by means of an underground cable connected to the central generator of the facility where they are installed. Every unit is connected to a set of underground cables serving for communication and exchange of orders between the unit and the human operator.
The ammunition reserve of every unit is located beneath it and may contain up to one hundred (100) ground-to-air rockets, one hundred (100) ground-to-ground rockets, two hundred (200) 40mm grenades of any type, four hundred thousand (400,000) 7.62x51mm NATO type ammunition, four hundred thousand (400,000) .338 Lapua Magnum type ammunition and three hundred thousand (300,000) 9x19mm Parabellum type ammunition.

Description: Butler-Class Proto-Unit is a humanoid robot measuring 1.80 metre tall and which has standard human proportions. This model has two (2) pairs of articulated arms placed one above the other (the lower pair is slightly shorter than the upper pair). The units of this model do not possess any shielding or armament. The frame of these units is made of duralumin. The total mass of one unit is forty-five (45) kilograms.
This model is powered by a lithium-vanadium battery pack, located at the position of the normal human’s heart, allows a maximum battery life of fifteen (15) hours. Note that this battery pack may be replaced by a power cable when necessary. The "brain" of this model is located inside the head immediately above the "eye". This "eye" is made of a set of cameras along with thermal and infrared sensors. One (1) 1.50 metre antenna, located at the unit’s back, serves for communication and exchange of orders with the human operator.
