Special Containment Procedures: The main package that contained SCP-6013 is to be stored at SCP/Marine Corps Base number 3 in ████████████, Arkansas, for testing purposes. The VHS tapes are to be stored at Site-41, in the site's level 3 research department. No guards or security personnel are required to be present, unless stated otherwise. Medical personnel are required to be present however, in the case that a medical emergency caused by or in relation to SCP-6013's VHS tapes take place. Anyone with symptoms of any ailment caused by SCP-6013's VHS tapes are NOT to be sent to the Site-41 medical center, they are to be Air-Lifted to Medical University of South Carolina for emergency treatment.
Description: SCP-6013 is comprised of 2 different entities. The first being a cardboard storage box labeled ████████████ INDUSTRIES (Inc.), and the second being a package inside the box containing multiple VHS tapes. [The VHS tapes are classified as SCP-6013-[Number goes here.]]
The box is stored at SCP/USMC base number 3 in █████████████, Arkansas, for testing purposes. While the VHS tapes are stored at Site-41 in Georgetown, South Carolina, for testing purposes as well.
These items were first discovered in 2018 by a civilian named ████████████████, while searching for survivors after an apartment fire in █████████████, ███████████. ███████████ reported claimed the box and VHS, and viewed them at his home. However, he was reportedly not seen for 72 hours by friends and relatives. This caught the attention of Foundation Agents and Local Authorities, which prompted a raid of ██████████'s residence. Upon entering, ███████████ was found unconscious in his living room floor, with the television playing nothing but grey static, with gargled gibberish in the background.
█████████ was taken to a local hospital were he was treated for a stroke. Foundation Agents and Law Enforcement believed that said ailment was caused directly by VHS tapes. █████████ was reportedly consulted on said situation, and was then sent to a mental hospital in █████████████, ██████████ for mental illness treatment.
The box and tapes were taken into foundation custody in late 2018 for testing and evaluation.
Information regarding the box is level 6 classified, and cannot be disclosed publicly.
Experiments regarding these VHS tapes will be released sometime in 2020, upon completion of testing.
