Special Containment Procedures: Because SCP-6018 is a building, it is to be closed off from public access. Any civilians caught attempting to enter SCP-6018 are to be warned, fined, arrested, and/or questioned. Any civilians "stuck" inside SCP-6018 are to be air-lifted to the nearest Class A hospital for a full inspection and possible emergency surgery.
SCP-INFORMATION: SCP-6018 is the name assigned to recently closed federal prison in █████████, USA. The prison was closed by the Supreme Court in 2018 after a series of classified incidents took place at the prison. It's reason for concealment is not just the riots, but a series of super-natural events that also took place at the prison. The primary safety concern is the death row area of the prison, which is were the super-natural events reportedly occurred.
The image you see is the prison's electric chair, commonly dubbed "Old Sparky," or "Old Thunderbolt."
The following file is a transcription of the main event that caused not only the prison's closing, but the concealment from the public.

TRANSCRIPT OF THE EXECUTION OF █████████ █ ██████████, NOVEMBER 13, 2018.
Corporal West: This is a recording of the execution of █████████ █ █████████, prisoner I.D. 07615. The date is the 13th of November, 2018, and the time is 2100 hours. The witnesses have already entered the witnessing room, and are seated. The execution facility has been secured, and all prisoners have been secured.
Gov. ██████: Corporal West, this is Gov. ███████, I calling regarding the execution of ██████ █ ███████. Can you please tell me what's going on at this time?
Corporal West: Gov., the witnesses have already been seated in the witnessing room, and right now Sergeant Guffery is confirming the witnesses' presence.
Sergeant Guffery: Have the witnesses for the media been confirmed?
???: Yes sir.
Sergeant Guffery: Have the federally assigned witnesses been confirmed?
???: Yes sir.
Sergeant Guffery: Have the witnesses for the condemned been confirmed?
Officer Johnson: Sir yes sir.
Sergeant Guffery: Have the witnesses for the state been confirmed?
Officer ???: Sir yes sir.
Sergeant Guffery: Have all other witnesses been confirmed?
Officer ██████: Sir yes sir.
Sergeant Guffery: All right. Stand by for further orders.
Officers: Sir yes sir.
Corporal West: Gov. ████████, the escort team has escorted the condemned into the execution chamber. ███████ has walked and seated himself into the electric chair unassisted. The guards are now securing the straps to ████████'s body.
Gov. ███████: Okay. I've turned on my closed circuit television system so that I can view the execution.
Corporal West: Gov., have you received any notices regarding stays of execution?
Gov. ███████: No Corporal, so far I have not.
Corporal West: Gov., the warden has walked in with a document labeled, "Warrant of Execution." He is now in the process of reading the death warrant to the condemned and the witnesses.
Warden: ████████ █ ███████, this is your death warrant. In the case of the people of the state of ██████████ versus ████████ █ ███████ for the charges of murder and arson, having found the defendant guilty of said charges, a sentence of death has been passed upon the condemned for his crimes by the state of ███████████. Execution to be carried out at this correctional facility on this 13th day of November, the year 2018, in accordance with the laws of the state of ████████ and the laws of the United States of America.
(The warden then holds the microphone closer to ████████.)
Warden: █████████, do you have any last words at this time?
████████: You could have sent me to the SCP Foundation, and then you wouldn't have to fire up old sparky.
Warden: Is that all?
████████: Tell Percy Wetmore to soak the frickin sponge this time. God bless and peace out.
(The microphone is pulled away and set back to it's original position. The guards then soak the head and leg sponges in a bucket of salt water, and then place them into the electrodes.)
Corporal West: Gov., the sponges have been soaked and put in the electrodes at this time. The execution team members are now securing the hood on ████████'s face.
Warden: ████████ █ ██████████, a lethal amount of electricity shall now be run through your body until you are dead, in accordance with the laws of this state and the United States of America. May God have mercy on your soul.
Corporal West: Gov., are there any stays?
Gov. ███████: No sir Corporal, there are not. Tell the execution team to "fry em."
Corporal West: Sir yes sir. On my count of 3, press your buttons. 1……2…….3!
(Buttons are pressed.)
Corporal West: Gov., be advised that the execution has begun. The lights are flickering due to the power of the current surge. ████████ is raising up in the electric chair right now, with his fists clenched tightly. And I can hear him yelling stuff, but I can't make it out.
(Explosion in background, followed by hollowed screams and other minor explosion.)
Corporal West: Oh Christ!
Gov. ███████: WHATS GOING ON?!?!?
Corporal West: Gov., something bad's going on. The electric chair controls are malfunctioning, and the head piece is engulfed in blue flames. There's blood dripping of the mask, I can see it. One of the witnesses has passed out. Another is vomiting. …..My god, what have we done?
Gov. ███████: What in the name of Christ am I hearing. It's sounds like bloody murderish screams.
???: Finally, I am a free. Free, free, free. And now it's time to extract our revenge.
Gov. ███████: WHAT THE H█LL, WHO ARE YOU?!?!
???: You'll see soon….heheheheheheh…….hehehehehehe.
Corporal West: FELLAS, SHUT THE D█MN THING DOWN, HE'S GONE THROUGH ENOUGH! SHUT IT DOWN, SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

[Screams, mists, and electrical disturbances are reported to occur at prison every day until closure 30 days later. Foundation is called to investigate disturbances in prison, and then deems the prison, dangerous. Public access is then closed off.]

SCP-6018-1 CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES
SCP-6018-1 instances are to be closely monitored via security cameras inside of SCP-6018. If one of these instances are to breach or attempt to breach, they are to be combated by the SCP-6018 ANOMALY COMBATANT TEAM.
Using certain water types are useless against these anomalies, so use only authorized water types.
Another file that was hidden is label as "6018-Nuclear-Concealment."
SCP-6018 NUCLEAR CONCEALMENT.
In the event that a 6018-Nuc.-Conceal. message is sent and read, the following events will occur.
1. A (controlled detonation) nuclear warhead will be launched from Site-19.
2. The warhead will strike the facility.
3. The nuclear fallout will destroy all threats within the facility.
4. The nuclear fallout will dissipate within 30 days, or less. If not, then await until otherwise instructed.

CIVILIAN EVACUATION PROCEDURES
1. Contact any nearby television and radio stations that have Emergency Alert System messaging equipment under the cover name, "Classified Federal Authorities."
2. Explain situation in a professional and discrete method.
3. Request they transmit the following EAS (Emergency Alert System) codes and message(s).

Classified Federal and Civil Authorities in your area have issued an evacuation order for your area due to an undisclosed type of emergency. Please follow these instructions. Gather food, water, clothing, medical supplies, and a battery powered or hand-cranked radio. Make sure your supplies can last you up to one month, or more if required. Leave your area and head to a designated safe zone. Do not remain in your area, as doing so will put your life and other's at risk and you will be forcefully removed by local authorities. Do not leave your safe zone until an all clear is given. Do not regard this message as a hoax, this is not a drill. This evacuation warning is mandatory and all residents receiving this message are required to evacuate. Stay tuned to local media outlets for more information.
