Um, I have totally no idea how this interpretation of the title came… The original title is SCP-818-JP-1 entities' pet saying, which is difficult to make translation verbatim, but if I do I'll go 'you're great1.'

There needs three D-classes, and they're to pretend to be civilian guards. The 'collar' devices that are 'worn by the D-class personnel' and can kill 'by remote control' are obviously meant to prevent those D-class from escaping, not to terminate SCP-818-JP-1 instances, and later it becomes clear that an late-stage victim of SCP-818-JP can spread it even via remote observation, so there needs to be able to put down any potentially influenced D-classes without long observation.
