WHAT BENEFIT DOES THIS ANOMALY POSES?

PSCP-024 EXPERIMENT ON --2019
Subjects Dr. Brown and a sample can of PSCP-024.
Protocol Dr. Brown has constructed a shield to protect him from a bullet that will be fired at him from an AK-47 assault rifle.
Results SUCCESS. Shield (gel really) proven effective. Dr. Brown was unharmed. Gel has been cleared for use.

While the gel has been cleared for field and base usage, there are concerns about this.
Anomaly researcher Charlie Brunswick voiced his concerns to Captain Black Jack and the Site-41 Command Council.
