Gavin: "Yes, that's right, Dr. Explonang. It appeared out of nowhere and it's huge! But don't worry, I heard from a friend that it will shrink within 1 or 2 days."
Dr. Explonang: "Hmm, interesting. Well, based on my expertise, I believe you're correct. We'll monitor the situation closely."
Incident 12009-B:
Gavin and his friends were playing football near Gavin's house when suddenly, approximately 1 hour later, they noticed that the ball they were playing with had grown into a giant Mega Giga Ultra Ball.
Gavin: "Dr. Explonang, the ball is shrinking!"
Dr. Explonang: "I'm right! The ball will shrink, right?"
Before any further action could be taken, the Mega Giga Ultra Ball exploded, resulting in the death of Gavin and his friends.
Incident 12009-C:
After the tragic incident with Gavin and his friends, Dr. Explonang was called for a meeting with O5-6, one of the highest-ranking officials in the Foundation.
O5-6: "Dr. Explonang, your previous claims about the Mega Giga Ultra Ball shrinking were false, and your negligence resulted in the loss of human lives. As a consequence, you will be demoted to Level 0 personnel."
Dr. Explonang: "But I believed the ball would shrink, I swear!"
Despite Dr. Explonang's pleas, he was demoted to D-Class personnel, assigned the designation D-10003212.
Dr. Explonang: "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, please let me out!"
However, approximately 1 hour after his demotion, Dr. Explonang was found deceased in his cell, cause of death unknown. Further investigation is ongoing.
