SCP-12140-x title deeds must not be used without the supervision of at least one designated researcher. Personnel are prohibited from playing SCP-12140 outside of authorized testing or recreational activities.

SCP-12140-x are the title deeds representing each property in the game. Each title deed corresponds to a specific Roblox game, which is linked to the game on the board. The properties range from low-value games such as "Escape the Bathroom" to high-value games such as "Adopt Me!".
SCP-12140 operates similarly to the standard Monopoly game, with players rolling dice and moving their pieces around the board to purchase properties, pay rent, and collect money. However, some of the cards and game mechanics have been modified to incorporate Roblox elements, such as "Robux" currency and "Robloxian" avatars.
SCP-12140-x can be redeemed for access to the corresponding Roblox game. Upon redemption, a digital copy of the game is sent to the user's Roblox account. The game remains accessible until the corresponding title deed is returned to its storage unit.
