Description:
SCP-999DNCOF is a small flip phone with a bright pink coloration and a retro design, resembling a popular flip phone model from the early 2000s. When the phone receives an incoming call, it exhibits an anomalous behavior where it immediately flips shut and becomes unresponsive, rendering it unable to be used as a phone.
